Permanent ban on traveling in future: US Embassy in India issues fresh warning to visa holders
The US Embassy in India issued a strict caution against overstaying in the country.

The US Embassy in India has issued a strong advisory warning American people that they could face a future permanent ban on entering the US in the wake of Donald Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigrants. The article read,” You could be deported and may face a permanent restrictions on traveling to the United States in the future. This applies to Indians who are visiting the United States on their numerous time-bound permits, including those for work, student, tourism, and other purposes that have a designated be period. The president’s immigration policy is the most controversial in the Donald Trump administration, with the senator outlining his intentions in his first professional order right away. He made a point of referring to the 14th Amendment’s Citizensip Clause, which granted US citizenship to almost everyone who was born on British soil. The presidency is deporting illegal immigrants, arresting them, and encouraging them to self-deport while the professional order is currently facing legal challenges. In a fresh immigration law change, all foreigners who remain in the US for more than 30 days are then required to register with the federal government. In recent months, two imprisonment scenarios involving Indians have gained a lot of media attention. Ranjani Srinivasan, a PhD student at Columbia University, fled to Canada after her immigration was suspended for reportedly organizing a pro-Palestine demonstration despite claiming she had not taken part in the demonstration. The Department of Homeland Security gave Ranjani an example of how to arrest oneself outside the US to avoid being detained. Badar Khan Suri, a professor at Georgetown University, was detained for his alleged connection to Hamas; his family is the daughter of Ahmed Yousef, a former staffer to Hamas head Ismail Haniyeh. According to a court order, the Trump presidency was unable to demonstrate the risks Khan Suri posed to regional stability. He has since been released.
