At least one dead after Russia launched one of its biggest helicopter strikes on Ukraine on Sunday, leading to the start of the conflict. 273 violent drones and decoys were reported by Ukrainian air defense, with 88 of them properly intercepted and 128 of them unintentionally due to electronic interference. The attacks targeted a number of places, including Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk. Governor Mykola Kalashnyk confirmed that the invasion resulted in the death of a 28-year-old person in the Kyiv area. Moreover, three people were injured, including a 4-year-old child. This abuse broke Russia’s past history of 267 drones during the commemoration of the war’s next anniversary. In addition, the Russian government’s defense ministry reported that it had intercepted seven Ukrainian drones at night, with fourteen more drones falling on Sunday night. Following failed primary debate between Moscow and Kyiv on Friday, which did not lead to a ceasefire agreement, the device situations occurred. Russian President Vladimir Putin declined the presidential-level conference despite suggesting direct talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and suggesting direct negotiations with Turkey. However, he suggested other lower-level discussions to the 30-day ceasefire that Ukraine and American allies favor. Russian President Vladimir Putin and NATO leaders will have phone conversations on Monday, with a focus on the Russian issue, before being followed by discussions with Zelenskyy and the president.
