A complete investigation into the fatal and fatal Biden administration’s withdrawal from Afghanistan has been mandated by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
Joe Biden, his administration, and the woken military leadership wasted the sacrifices of British troops, abandoned Americans and our Afghan friends in the Taliban-controlled nation, and abandoned billions of dollars worth of equipment. Hegseth intends to bring transparency, which is long overdue.

Although it’s unfortunate that Kamala Harris, Biden, and other figures hasn’t probably be charged, at least military leaders need to be held accountable. It is unknown when or how the U.S. government stopped apparently sending millions of dollars to the Taliban every month under Biden. More tax dollars were given to jihadists than U.S. troops and allies did.
Hegseth wrote in a press release on May 20 that” the Biden Administration’s tragic and humiliating withdrawal from Afghanistan resulted in the deaths of 13 U.S. assistance people and 170 residents in a suicide bombing at the Kabul International Airport’s Abbey Gate.” President Trump made a promise to hold accountable for what took place during that defense departure, and I am committed to doing so.
Hegseth stated that” we have an obligation to the British people and to the warfighters who fought in Afghanistan to get the truth— and we will do so.” He also announced that Senior Advisor Sean Parnell, Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs, and Senior Advisor Sean Parnell may be heading up a particular review section. Hegseth himself served in Afghanistan while he was in the Army, so he has a very personal interest in this research.

Hegseth claimed Parnell spent 485 times serving in Afghanistan and suffered injuries while fighting. During the War on Terror, Parnell lost” many buddies,” and 85 % of Parnell’s battalion was also injured. Hegseth hence stated:
He will likely take the lead in the effort to review prior Abbey Gate investigations that U.S. Central Command conducted while under the Biden Administration. Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller, a Marine commander who spoke out about the Afghanistan withdrawal, and Jerry Dunleavy, an writer, columnist, and analyst who helped guide the House Foreign Affairs Committee’s research into the Afghanistan withdrawal, may also function on the Special Review Panel.
Sean and his team will examine the circumstances that caused one of America’s darkest moments, examine the evidence, interview witnesses, analyze the decision-making, and post-mortem the results.
