Jessica Mann, 38, a former artist, testified in Manhattan Supreme Court on Monday about her alleged assault with Harvey Weinstein at a hotel in New York City.
Five years after her first testimony at the original film producer’s initial trial, she became psychological while giving evidence, according to the New York Post. He maintains sincerity and, if found guilty, could face up to 25 years in prison.
