Jessica Mann, 38, a former artist, testified in Manhattan Supreme Court on Monday about her alleged assault with Harvey Weinstein at a hotel in New York City.

Five years after her first testimony at the original film producer’s initial trial, she became psychological while giving evidence, according to the New York Post. Jessica Mann’s evidence on March 18, 2013 at the Doubletree Hotel in Midtown was filled with tears as she described being forced into physical activity by Weinstein. She testified to the court that she found a discarded needles in the trash after the alleged rape and believed Weinstein had used it. The term “necro” was on the brand, which was revealed after conducting an online research. She informed the jury,” I found on Google that it generally meant “dead p***s,” and you can just inject it a certain number of times back-to-back over a certain period of time. She expressed concern about potential exposure to harmful ingredients and hailed the revelation as frightful. Later, Mann acknowledged having a mutual understanding with Weinstein, calling him” Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde because he occasionally validated me so much.” She testified that “everyone said going to Hollywood was the witch’s playground.” She compared Weinstein’s antagonistic behavior, noting his hostile reactions to rejection, as she described him saying,” He told me I was lovely and encouraged me, and that meant a lot to me.” There were instances… She stated,” I doesn’t want to do something and I felt like I was just being used for sex.” ” The term “no” was what set off his reaction. The 73-year-old Weinstein observed from his wheelchair as Mann hesitantly told Assistant District Attorney Matthew Colangelo about her fears of not being believed. I called it” The Monster side” and said,” It would come out. She expressed concern about Weinstein’s relationships to well-known figures, including former US President Bill Clinton. She said,” I can recall thinking if I ever said anything, he would visit his friend and the Secret Service would come find me.” Her present evidence generally mirrored her 2020 jury testimony, where she had described Weinstein’s anatomical abnormalities.” I don’t know, I had all these thoughts,” she said. Weinstein was found not guilty of first-degree murder, but the previous judge found him guilty of third-degree murder against Mann. This lawsuit has even heard testimony from former young design Kaja Sokola and former TV production assistant Miriam” Mimi” Haley, both of whom allege rape by Weinstein. He maintains sincerity and, if found guilty, could face up to 25 years in prison.
