Older Trump DOJ official Ed Martin dropped a democratic revelation during a presenting segment on Mark Halperin’s” 2WAY Tonight.” Martin gave names to individuals in the growing controversy surrounding President Joe Biden’s or someone else’s use of the autopen, the electrical system used to mark official documents. The matter isn’t the use of the autopen itself, according to Martin, but who was actually in charge of it while Biden’s mental state was in decline.

There seems to be a feeling in the Trump presidency that Joe Biden, or people acting on his behalf, used the autopen to signal documents, including pardons, that might not be lawfully or constitutionally acceptable if Biden wasn’t the one authorizing them, Halperin pointed out right away. The president’s managers were accused of sabotageing the autopen process and interesting in” treachery at the highest level,” according to a Truth Social post read by him.
