The initiation target for the Naval Academy group of 2025 is delivered by Vice President JD Vance.
His target is scheduled to start at 10:00 a.m.
The Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Maryland, will host the service. Vince is a Marine veteran who began his six-month deployment in Iraq in 2005.
