Police claim Roberto Martinez took his 14-year-old child on a writing spree on a Monday night in the Pico-Union area.

According to a Los Angeles Police Department policeman who was cited in an affidavit for a search warrant, they used a could of golden spray paint to mark the names of their groups on the walls of pawn shops, laundromats, and furniture stores.

According to the petition, Martinez and his brother were seen Kevin Rivera crossing the street when they were driving down Normandie Avenue. A witness reported to police that the mouth of a gun was peeking out from the passenger window of their car. The policeman wrote in the oath that Martinez’s child pressed the button five times, shooting Rivera to fatality and injuring two others.

According to the detective’s oath, Martinez, 43, and his brother are accused of murdering Rivera, who they believed to belong to a rival crew.

Martinez has entered a not-guilty plea. Martinez’s attorney directed inquiries to the Los Angeles County open player’s media representatives, who did not respond to a request for comment. Who represented Martinez’s child, whose situation is private because of his age, was not immediately known.

It’s uncommon for an older sibling to clear a gang member to commit murder, a former group member said, but some gang members do so in the footsteps of fathers, uncles, or brothers.

Many criminals don’t want their children to live in a life that frequently leads to death or captivity, according to Ramon Mendoza, who once belonged to the Mexican Mafia prison gang and the Varrio Nuevo Estrada city group.

According to Mendoza,” the extreme crew members are primarily trying to protect the innocent people and their families from what they are.” However, he claimed that in some unusual circumstances, “violence is seen by ( children ) as a kind of bonding event in some sick ways.”

According to court documents, Martinez has been in and out of prison since 2005 for capturing drugs and weapons. According to Detective James Ball of the Los Angeles Police Department, he is a member of the Hollywood group known as The Magicians ‘ Club, or TMC.

According to Ball, security cameras captured Martinez and his boy walking along a span of Venice and Pico boulevard on February 10. Police discovered the letters” TMC” and” Hellbound” on the side of a business.

Hellbound is a competitor of a more well-known group called the Hotties, according to Ball, a small team based in the Koreatown and Mid-City districts.

The policeman wrote that surveillance footage showed Martinez’s brother and his buddies tagging a laundry and the father flashing gang signs at passing cars.

The group piled into a black Honda Accord, according to the affidavit, and headed north to Pico Boulevard and Fedora Avenue, the Playboys ‘ main street. They painted” Hellbound” and” PBSK” in yellow paint, short for Playboys Killers, Ball wrote.

Rivera, 30, was walking down Normandie Avenue about four blocks apart. A witness testified to police that the Accord veered past him and therefore made a U-turn. A suspect who was reportedly Martinez’s child in a hooded sweatshirt reportedly fired from the back passenger window.

Rivera was tragically shot in the back. According to the affidavit, a guy crossing the street was shot in the shoulder, and a person sitting in her vehicle was grazed by a bullet.

Six days later, a slave called Martinez, who mentioned a shooting in the noted phone, Ball wrote.

According to the detective,” Four folks got dropped and one died,” Martinez said.

Martinez continued,” The prey was from Groupies.” Rivera’s community couldn’t get reached for comment.

According to the affidavit, Martinez said,” My son did what he had to do, dog.” I made an effort to prevent him, really. I made an effort to get the gun.

This is claimed by police, but it isn’t accurate. Ball claimed that Martinez gave his son the.40-caliber Glock used to murder Rivera.

A person who was driving a Dodge pickup that was stolen during a home invasion robbery in Perris was detained two weeks after Martinez was detained on suspicion of Rivera’s crime, according to Ball. A stolen 40-caliber Glock was reportedly tossed by Antonio Alvarez during the quest.

According to the affidavit, ballistics testing revealed the weapon was used to eliminate Rivera. According to Ball, WhatsApp messages on Alvarez’s mobile indicated that he purchased the Glock for$ 800 five days after Rivera was fatally shot.

According to the affidavit, one used a telephone that pinged off a body tower close to Centinela State Prison to coordinate the price. Game stated that he is still looking into who organized the transaction.
