Ramon Morales Reyes, a 54-year-old Mexican national, was detained on May 22 after making claims that he intended to shoot Trump tragically before being deported to his native land. Morales Reyes ‘ ideas appear to have been laid out in a blue note that national authorities made public on Wednesday afternoon.
We are sick of this leader abusing us Mexican because you have deported my home and I think it’s time for Donald J. Trump to get what he has to give them, Morales Reyes wrote in the word. When your beloved president is shot in [h]is head, I will see him at one of his large ralleys ]sic]; however, I will self-deport myself back to Mexico before using my 30 yard 6 [sic ] to shoot him.
Federal officials have not disclosed Morales Reyes ‘ location, but Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem made the announcement on Wednesday.

This improper alien who threatened to attack President Trump is currently behind bars, thanks to our Snow soldiers, Noem said in a statement. ” This risk comes not yet a year after the President was shot in Butler, Pennsylvania, and less than two weeks after former FBI Director Comey demanded the death. Politicians and journalists may take notice of these repeated assaults on President Trump’s life and reduce their speech. I’ll take every precaution possible to keep President Trump safe.
A time after receiving a written letter from Morales Reyes in the mail, an ICE field intelligence officer was detained next Friday.
