The court on Wednesday announced that Iran had executed a man who had been convicted of spying for the Israeli intelligence company Mossad. According to the court’s Mizan Online,” After the recognition, arrest, and judicial proceedings against Pedram Madani, who was spying in favor of the Zionist government, and following the full course of legal process and the Supreme Court’s decision’s validation and upholding,” he was brought to justice and put to death. According to the review, Madani was accused of giving classified information to Mossad officials and holding meetings with them in Brussels. Due to his arrest in 2020-2021, the court claimed he had traveled to” the dominated lands” to describe Israel. Iranian officials used the term to describe Israel. Additionally, he was found guilty of obtaining “illicit success” by receiving bitcoin and euros from Israel. According to Masazan, Madani was eventually found guilty of “espionage on behalf of the Zionist regime’s intelligence service ( Mossad )” on charges of “waging war against God and” corruption on earth” and given a death sentence. His case comes in response to a number of related deaths in Iran that targeted people who had allegedly collaborated with Israel. Mohsen Langarneshin was put to death in April by Iran for allegedly aiding Mossad in Colonel Hassan Sayyad Khodaei’s death in Tehran in 2022. According to specialists, Langarneshin met with Israeli agents abroad and provided technical assistance to Mossad. Iran, which does not recognize Israel, has repeatedly accused its arch-foe of conducting secret procedures inside the nation, including attacks on its nuclear program and the murder of its scientists, according to authorities as the” Zionist routine.” In response to the ongoing conflict in Gaza, tensions between the two rivals just grew to direct fire exchanges. Tehran has made backing for the Arab produce a key foundation of its foreign policy since the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
