A prominent pro-energy regulator is once more raising the alarm over a number of” climate change” executive actions by the Biden administration that are potentially both tragic and completely illegal.

According to a report from PJ Media, Joe Biden’s White House often signed executive orders and pardons using an autopen, which raised serious doubts about whether or not Biden was also involved in the process. A nonprofit called Power the Potential that focuses on protecting American energy work believes it has discovered at least eight instances.
A bomb letter from the Oversight Project from March featured 32 instances in which the Biden White House approved clemency warrants, including proactive clemency for members of the January 6 Committee.  ,
Although Biden formally discussed pardoning the J6 commission, Power the Future’s investigation found no evidence that Biden previously acknowledged the eight professional orders that had a significant impact on U.S. energy policy, which suggests that team members may have secretly pushed them through by autopen without his knowledge or engagement.
Whistleblower Exposes More blatant bias in the Biden Administration
If that’s the case, it’s a constitutional scandal as well as a procedural one. And it raises the most upsetting question of all: Who is actually in charge and what else are they signing behind closed doors?
No one has ever heard of these fundamental shifts in American energy policy, despite the founder and executive director of Power The Future, Daniel Turner, who told Fox News Digital.
There is no evidence that Biden ordered, directed, or was even aware it was happening in his name, Turner said, adding that hundreds of billions of dollars were funneled towards pet green projects during the Biden administration, while the American fossil fuels industry was punished.

A few of the executive orders that Power the Future reviewed include an executive order mandating” clean energy” AI centers, an executive order mandating offshore drilling, and an executive order mandating an Arctic drilling ban in 2023.  ,
Power the Future, which found no evidence that Biden had addressed the DOJ, EPA, DOI, DOE, and House and Senate Oversight Committees, requested an investigation to find out who made the decisions, drafted the executive orders, and ultimately signed them, sent letters this week to these bodies.
The need for congressional access to information has grown in importance with these revelations, according to the organization’s letter to GOP House Oversight Chair James Comer.” In light of the growing evidence that actions purportedly taken by the former president may not have been approved or signed by him, but instead promulgated by a small coterie of advisers in his name without his knowledge or over his signature using an’autopen,” the need for congressional access to information has grown in importance,” the organization wrote in its letter Congress deserves to know how or whether these executive orders were authorized, and whether the former President was aware of them before the federal bureaucracy put them into effect. Were these actions taken on the president’s behalf and with the president’s knowledge and approach, purportedly carrying out his authority? Congress appears to be obligated to inquire about all parties involved in these actions and who gave them the instructions to do what and when.

According to constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley, presidents are able to use autopens to sign documents, making challenges to Biden’s pardons extremely unlikely to succeed in court. Having said that, what sets Biden’s autopen usage apart from other people’s is, of course, the legitimate inquiries about whether he was aware of the executive orders and pardons that were executed with the device.
House Speaker Mike Johnson shared a disturbing story from a disturbing Oval Office meeting Joe Biden had with him in January of this year that he had allegedly signed in secret. In light of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Biden disputed that he had any legal repercussions for the country’s security. Biden only flimsily acknowledged the document when Johnson offered to show it to him, still not fully understanding what it contained. Johnson said,” I thought we’re in serious trouble.” Who is in charge of the nation?
PJ Media is looking into who actually wrote White House policies during the Biden administration, as opposed to the autopen scandal, which other media outlets ignore.
