U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement-Dallas has more information about two Cuban citizens who were both in the country illegally and are connected to the death of a teenager in northeast Texas, Ava Moore.

Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez, 22, was detained by the Grapevine Police Department after being arrested in Dallas on suspicion of misdemeanor murder.

Moore, 18, was killed on Sunday while kayaking on Lake Grapevine, a tank that is 20 km north of Dallas. On May 19, she accepted her visit to the U.S. Air Force Academy’s School of 2029 school and had just graduated from the Preparatory School at the time. She graduated from Timber Creek High School in Fort Worth, according to The Center Square&nbsp.

Witnesses witnessed two people on a jet ski striking Moore and escaping the picture. Manhunts turned out to be. On Tuesday, she and another Cuban regional were detained.

According to authorities, Gonzalez was the jet ski’s driver and was traveling at high speed with a feminine customer. She collided with Moore’s yacht while speeding near Oak Grove Park, reportedly causing Moore’s suicide, according to ICE in a statement.

Gonzalez “flew to Oak Grove Park with her customer on table,” according to ICE, and the two later returned to the scene. The rider stayed on the field with testimony and was interviewed by the Grapevine Police Department while Maikel Coello Perozo, 21, left in a car with the Venezuelan, according to ICE.

As the research progresses, Perozo was accused of preventing fear, and additional state charges could be brought against him.

According to acting Field Office Director Josh Johnson of ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Dallas,” This unlawful alien and her partner did account for the tragic incident that ended the career of a young girl who had enormous potential.” “ICE Dallas will continue to hold our commitment to detaining and expelling legal aliens who threaten the health of our areas.”

Gonzalez and Coello were detained after being granted emigration summonses by ICE ERO Dallas. According to ICE, both have been placed in elimination trials in accordance with the emigration and nationality act’s plans because they are “present without registration or parole.”

During these types of studies, ICE Homeland Security Investigations Dallas Special Agent in Charge, Travis Pickard, said,” Our alliances with law enforcement across jurisdictions are crucial.” This analysis will continue to be guided by solid commitment to fairness, as facts, and facts. These two illegal aliens were detained because of the devotion and skill of our law enforcement team.

Additionally, ICE confirmed that in 2023, Gonzalez and Coello entered the country without permission. Gonzalezalez was classified as a “gotaway” as a foreign national who purposefully improperly travels between entry points in an effort to avoid being captured. The Center Square&nbsp entirely reported that more than 2 million gotaways were reported during the Biden administration.

Coello was unlawfully entered the country at a port of entry and was released into the region as a result of the Trump administration’s catch and release plan.

Gonzalez entered the United States on September 28, 2023, without being subject to any immigration officer’s examination or probation, according to ICE, making her a getaway. Eventually, she was taken into custody the same day by Border Patrol agents. Instead of waiting for her treatment, they allowed her to enter the country on a release date that would include a Notice to Appear before a federal emigration judge.

Coello arrived at the Camino Real Port of Entry in Eagle Pass, Texas, on January 22, 2023, “without approval” and “was released pending an immigration hear.” As part of the Biden administration’s capture and transfer plan, CBP officials released him into the state rather than having him go through a treatment process.

The Dallas U.S. Marshals Office, Office of Attorney General, Dallas Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, Homeland Security Investigations Dallas, and ICE ERO Dallas are just a few of the organizations involved in the ongoing research.
