As the government build up their situation against the disgraced music magnate, Sean” Diddy” Brushes was charged with sexually assaulting his former assistant on Thursday in federal court in Manhattan and subjecting her to harsh working conditions.
Mia, who testified under a surname, worked for Combs from 2009 to 2017 as a personal assistant. She claimed that the work was exhausting and that the time may be prohibitive, with her longest change, which was fueled by Adderall, lasting five times. Puff’s feeling influenced the disposition of the environment.
Mia informed Madison Smyser, the prosecutor, that she had often been the goal of Combs ‘ violence.
” It was chaotic. It was — it might be dangerous. It might be interesting. Like, the peaks were extremely high, and the highs were extremely low,” Mia said.
He has thrown objects at me,”. He has thrown me against the walls. I’ve been thrown into a lake by him. He has thrown an ice bottle at my mind. My arm was slammed into a doorway by him.
Mia continued,” He’s even sexually assaulted me,” noting that it had happened more than once after a protracted delay.
The witness claimed that it was normal to be cursed out, berated, and have her brains questioned by the co-founder of Bad Boy Records. The jury was informed by her testimony that she was unable to keep his qualities without prior notice or to switch her bedroom door while she was employed as his live-in associate.
Mia recalled Combs ‘ “desperate” to see some friends and sending his security guards to get her when she left after he’d gone to bed one day.
She said,” I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to leave.”
Mia is the second of three alleged victims that the jury is scheduled to speak from in the government ‘ comprehensive case against Combs and is expected to witness against claims that are contained in the indictment relating to extortion and forced labor.
Arun Subramanian, a judge in the federal judge, ordered court musicians and the general public not to depict her in any way in Manhattan. She claimed to have worked for Harvey Weinstein’s ex-wife, Georgina Chapman, and comedian Mike Myers before she left.
Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking, criminal crime, transporting people for trafficking, and other related crimes, and may face a life sentence if found guilty.
The Manhattan , U.S.  , prosecutor’s office alleges that Combs was operating a criminal organization run by a system of staff members who engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, bribery, obstructing fairness, kidnapping, and arson from 2004 to 2004 while he was at the height of his success and was regarded as one of the richest and most important forces in hip-hop.
Casandra” Cassie” Ventura, Combs ‘ ex-girlfriend, described harsh beatings and being coerced into debasing sexual acts with female performers that Combs dubbed “freak-offs,” during the first week of evidence.
She claimed she always wanted to go to the classes and that Combs allegedly hung videos of the degrading exchanges over her mind as blackmail in evidence supported by Combs and Ventura’s previous designer, Deonte Nash, on Wednesday. Nash claimed he saw Combs threaten to deliver the video to Ventura’s families ‘ homes.
Mia claimed on Thursday that Ventura and her sister were as close as daughters and that their marriage was “inequal” and” toxic.” She recalls that she frequently witnessed Combs and Ventura verbally abuse.
Mia supported the evidence that Ventura and Nash shared about a particularly brutal beating that left Ventura gushing body from her nose. Both witnesses claimed that Combs and others attempted to jump on him to quit.
” Oh my god. He is basically going to murder her, Mia said. ” His eye turned dark. … I fought it out with him. He seemed to be looking through me.
A second woman, named Jane, who is also a surname, has not yet provided testimony regarding Combs ‘ alleged forced sexual behavior.
Capricorn Clark, a previous Combs associate, claimed that he arrived at her home in the middle of the night with a firearm in December 2011 and kidnapped her after learning he was dating Ventura.
Clark claimed that she waited outside Combs and an associate’s house while the” Day’n ‘ Twilight” rapper waited. In an ostensible Molotov cocktail strike, Mescudi’s Porsche was blown up in his road a few weeks after.
