One person was killed and 11 people were hurt in a mass shooting at a home party near Hickory, North Carolina, according to authorities in the early days of Sunday. Around 12:45 am, about 60 miles north of Charlotte, officers were called to the residence. When they arrived, they discovered that 12 persons had been shot, according to a statement from the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office and a New York Post. One man was later declared dead, and another is also in critical condition. The other survivors ‘ circumstances have not been made public. Authorities have not yet made any detention, and they have not yet made any information available about possible suspects.
