Protesters at the University of Michigan on Sunday removed the eyes from lots of flowers, leaving a mark warning people not to visit the flower garden when Palestinians are “dying and starving right now.”

Tony Kolenic, the school’s Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Nichols Arboretum’s chairman, said in a statement posted on the farm’s Facebook page on Sunday that” countless of blooming flowers were cut and left behind.”
” What happened here was an act of disrespect for the society that cherishes it, perhaps for life itself,” Kolenic said.
