Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas ) delivered what may be the most devastating exposé of the Democrats ‘ blatant hypocrisy on the subject of nationwide injunctions at a Senate hearing on Tuesday. Cruz exposed how the public’s immediate reverence for criminal caution is nothing more than a hideout for their obvious community shopping and social manipulation of the judiciary with his trademark precision and fire.

As our Democratic colleagues defend these global injunctions, Cruz said,” It’s interesting that none of them made any mention of the fact that the number of global rulings issued in the first four weeks is greater than the whole 20th centuries and is greater than all of the global rulings issued against Bush, Obama, and Biden combined.”
Liberals at the receiving totally ignored that jaw-dropping data, which was a silence that spoke volumes. The geographical concentration of those decisions was even more interesting.
Cruz noted that 35 of the 40 common rulings issued in the last four months did not address the alarming fact that they came from the same five criminal regions.
That is not a fluke.
He continued,” There is a cause for this.” ” Ask explicitly extreme judges who are aware that they will impose their own plan preferences,” the left-wing organizations and “blue state attorneys common” are seeking out.

Liberals are now clamoring to protect federal courts from probable threats, but Cruz reminded them of their audible solitude during the demonstrations involving the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, where leftist crowds gathered to try to scare them into casting ballots.

” I will also point out that the debate about the need to protect the safety of courts should be a priority, I think, of course, but every federal prosecutor should be safe,” Cruz said. Why did the Biden Justice Department allow mobs to threaten the families and children of Supreme Court justices night after night while Biden’s attorney general refused to follow the law when they talk about protecting judges from violent acts? You ought to ask them.
