On Wednesday, Congress may hear on former senator Joe Biden‘s use of the autopen and his emotional state during key White House clean energy policy disclosures.
The House Oversight Committee will interpret allegations that the Biden administration distributed billions of dollars to left-leaning nonprofit agencies and that an autopen was used to mark sweeping professional commands that Biden not addressed in public during a hearing titled “NGOs gone crazy.”
In an appointment with the Washington Examiner, Power the Potential President Daniel Turner stated that” President Biden didn’t talk much to the press at first.” However, we don’t even get any instances of Joe Biden expressing his feelings about having signed [these executive orders ], the necessity of it, the purpose of it, etc.
Therefore, the only proof the group had get were the signed orders themselves, which Turner’s group claimed were done using an autopen gadget.
These findings fit nicely with the wider autopen charges Democrats are making against Biden, who is questioned whether he planned or was even aware of the actions of his own administration. The Justice Department is looking into Biden’s use of the autopen when he signed commutations, including those involving democratic allies and community members, in addition to Congress.
Energy the Future advocates for workers in the energy sector, which makes Biden’s energy and climate change initiatives more prominent.
It discovered eight agreements that Biden claimed he had signed but not formally disclosed.
The activities included a “net-zero” pollution target for the entire federal government by 2050 and a carbon-free electricity requirement by 2030, a letter calling for solar panels and heat pushes, an arctic cutting restrictions, and a lease need for artificial intelligence data centers to be powered using” clean power”
Other initiatives included requiring all federal agencies to assess climate-related financial risk, granting preferential federal hiring to AmeriCorps alumni, and creating a” Climate Change Support Office” within the bureaucracy.
Joe Biden has never spoken about these important, significant, and consequential decisions, according to Turner.
In Biden’s final days as president, the offshore drilling ban was implemented on January 6, 2025. It included 44 million acres of land in Alaska’s Northern Bering Sea and 250 million acres off the West Coast. A written statement from the president and a White House fact sheet were included in the announcement.
Biden made a memorial trip to New Orleans that day in honor of the victims of a New Year’s Day attack that left 14 people dead and others hurt. He did not mention the extensive drilling ban, though.
On January 14, less than a week before Biden left the White House, an executive order was issued for clean energy in data centers, and an AmeriCorps executive order was issued two days later.
Although former White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre publicly defended the Defense Production Act order in a press briefing, Biden did not have any public events scheduled for that day.
In his investigation into the matter, Turner was particularly struck by a statement made by House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA ) after a meeting with Biden in late last year.
Johnson claimed that he tried to contact Biden about a liquid natural gas export ban, but the former president insisted he hadn’t signed one. Turner said he now wonders if Biden ever had knowledge of signing the ban, but the initial response was that Biden had forgotten about it.
The eight executive orders in question have now been overturned by President Donald Trump. Biden’s representatives did not respond to the Washington Examiner’s requests for comment.
The hearing won’t be just about that.
Additionally, the committee will haveh out billions of dollars from the taxpayer for NGOs.
According to Turner’s written testimony, Jahi Wise, a staffer from an NGO called the Coalition for Green Capital, was hired by the Biden Environmental Protection Agency to direct$ 27 billion in green energy funding. He was appointed and returned$ 5 billion in grants to the Coalition for Green Capital.
When it received nearly$ 9 billion in taxpayer funding, another organization, Power Forward Communities, was just a few months old and could use its own inventions as it saw fit. With only$ 100 in its bank account, Stacey Abrams ‘ group received$ 2 billion of that total.
Mark Krikorian, the executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies, will give testimony on what he claims are Biden administration grants to NGOs that helped to facilitate illegal immigration.
According to Krikorian’s written testimony, an NGO provided millions of intending illegal border-crossers with” cash-based interventions” in the form of debit cards and even cash in envelopes as well as legal coaching that involved narrative engineering for defraudulent asylum claims, transportation facilitation, food, camping equipment, trail advice, and lodging assistance.
Despite the decline in border crossing attempts since Trump’s assassination, Krikorian said the network is prepared to return to action should a new owner step into the White House in a few years.
The Trump administration has largely echoed those concerns.
Stephen Miller, Trump’s chief of staff, noted in February that he was shocked to learn that “far-left NGOs” received funding from the government under the Biden administration.
He told reporters outside the White House,” Are America’s state-owned enterprises are left-wing nonprofits in a very literal sense.” Other nations ‘ state-owned businesses are similar to steel companies, no? or the oil industry. We were taught in America that our state-owned businesses are radical left nonprofits.
Vice President JD Vance responded to criticism of his immigration policies from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, claiming that the organization had received “more than$ 100 million to help resettle illegal immigrants.”
THE BIDEN AUTOPENAL’S LONG CONTROVERSIAL HISTORY
Are they concerned about humanitarian concerns? Or are they really concerned about the bottom line? ” Vance said”. We’re going to put strict immigration laws in place. We’re going to safeguard the American people.
Wednesday’s hearing will be held at 2 p.m.
