Former Sean” Diddy” Combs assistant has accused the rapper of sexually assaulting and torturing her while she was working as his personal assistant. The witness, who gave evidence under the surname” Mia,” wrapped up three days of evidence on Monday. She described attack that started at Combs ‘ 40th birthday party, including harassment and forced kissing, and then a murder that occurred months later in a guest chamber at his Los Angeles residence. She claimed that the problems were “random, irregular, and so curiously spaced out” that she didn’t think they would ever occur again. Mia claimed she remained silent even after her friend and former Combs ‘ ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed a sexual abuse lawsuit in 2023 that was quickly settled for$ 20 million. She claimed she wasn’t ready to tell Cassie about her own knowledge or that she wasn’t ready to come forward at the time. Mia testified that she kept in touch with Combs for years after leaving her employment in 2017 and that she had sent him comfortable and lovable information. She claimed that she had been “brainwashed” and had a hard time letting go of her instincts in a setting where” the peaks were really great and the lows were really low.” She said,” I learned to operate under force.” However, the defense counsel grilled her thus forcefully that a federal prosecutor requested an intervened after the cross-examination, calling it “humiliating” and “harassing.” Brian Steel repeatedly questioned Mia’s trust by referring to her texts and social media posts about Combs. Mia reacted, claiming that she only came to fully comprehend what had happened to her after decades of reflection and treatment. Maurene Comey, a partner in US law, accused Steel of beating the witness and edifying him as a reminder to the judge that his methods might deter patients from bringing up in other cases. Following Cassie, Mia is the second of three important prosecutors testimony. Later this year, a second woman, known as” Jane,” is scheduled to give testimony.
