Moscow security chief in Pyongyang for talks with Kim Jong Un: Russian news agencies
Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, and Kim Jong Un, the president of North Korea ( AP ), both present.

Moscow’s major security national Sergei Shoigu arrived in Pyongyang on Wednesday for talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, according to Russian news reports. RIA Novosti claimed it anticipated that present interests, including the condition surrounding Ukraine, would be among the topics of discussion. Shoigu arrived on purchases from Russian President Vladimir Putin, TASS reported. This is Shoigu’s next trip to Pyongyang in less than three times. In recent years, Pyongyang has sent troops and weapons to Moscow’s conflict with Ukraine, which has become close ally with standard friends. Pyongyang has defended its military ties with Russia, asserting on Monday that their efforts to” seize peace and stability” in both Europe and Asia. According to South Korean lawmaker Lee Seong-kweun, citing the nation’s intelligence services, about 600 North Vietnamese soldiers have been killed and hundreds more have been injured fighting for Russia. During a eponymous browse by Putin to the nuclear-armed North last month, Russia and North Korea signed a comprehensive military agreement, including a shared defense section. When Shoigu next visited Pyongyang in March, he praised the agreement as “fully serving the interests of both nations.”
