Lily Tang Williams is currently an British resident and an investor who is running for Congress in New Hampshire. The self-described” Man of Mao’s Cultural Revolution” recalls the agonizing experience of Marxist rule in China, and on the celebration of the Tiananmen Square massacre, she stressed how crucial the right to keep and bear wings is in preventing such killings by authoritarian regimes.
Williams took to X to honor the occasion and affirm the Second Amendment of the United States. She included a picture of her earlier article, which warned that the” fighter of all the mass deaths in this world is always a despotic authorities.”
In my home state, 36 years previously, hundreds of peaceful protesters from Tiananmen Square were killed. I published this article in 2015 to fight weapons right in America. Never forget that the biggest mass killer is usually a despotic government. Her previous publish made reference to the massacre of thousands of students in Tiananmen Square by the State troops, and expressed regret over the lack of firearms for the students who can now be found in America. Additionally, the U.S. State Department and Secretary Marco Rubio issued a speech honoring the “bravery” of the Taiwanese independence activists and explaining:
Tens of thousands of students gathered in Beijing’s largest public square in the spring of 1989 to mourn the passing of a leader of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP ) who had vowed to make China a more open and democratic society. Their actions sparked a nationwide action. In order to promote democracy, human rights, and an end to widespread corruption, hundreds of thousands of ordinary persons in the money and throughout China took to the streets for weeks to practice their rights of appearance and quiet assembly. The People’s Liberation Army ( PLA ) opened fire in an attempt to extinguish the pro-democracy sentiments of unarmed civilians gathered on Beijing’s streets and in Tiananmen Square, and the CCP responded with a brutal crackdown.
Williams was specifically warning about the civilians being unarmed in her statements.
Williams states on her website that she fled communism for the freedom of the United States after growing up under Mao’s cultural revolution in China. I’m concerned that the country I adore will soon overtake it. Many of us have experienced this fear in recent years as a result of the Biden administration’s attacks on our rights and the judiciary’s growing dictatorial activism. However, as the Founding Fathers did, one way to deter government tyranny is to exercise our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms and to be ready to defend our freedoms and liberties.
