    Higher education operates like a gang, according to the educator.

    Preston Cooper, a skilled scholar and expert on higher education, late testified that prestigious institutions, including the Ivy League, operate like a gang. Additionally, Cooper testified in front of Congress that these institutions are being ruled out by managerial slush.
