On Tuesday, President Donald Trump attempted to reference past Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco to the immigration issue and former President Joe Biden’s use of an autopen while in office.
Trump addressed reporters on Tuesday night during a wildfire lecture at the White House, responding to questions about protests and riots that Trump’s deportation agenda.

These are offenders, Trump said, regardless of whether it was Lisa Monaco or whoever ran the autopen. People are thieves, and they permit thieves into our nation. And I don’t believe Biden even knew what he was doing. I don’t believe he actually knew about it.
House Republicans have opened an investigation into Biden’s preventative, questionable use of an autopen to sign preemptive clemency during his final months in office. Another research is being conducted by the Senate to ascertain whether Biden was fit for business. And just last week, Trump gave the order for the Justice Department to look into whether Biden’s senior team benefited from his time and took administrative action in his place. Monaco was not one of the Biden officials that GOP prosecutors had the opportunity to interview in people.
