This is the first documented affair by active-duty forces since President Donald Trump sent troops to California on Friday, when Marines deployed to Los Angeles detained a human.
According to Reuters, the human identified himself as Marcos Leao, 27, in the Reuters photo. He claimed to be a senior of the Army and was visiting the city’s Wilshire Federal Building for the Department of Veterans Affairs. He was asked to stop as he crossed a golden audio limit while driving. He claimed that he received “fairly” treatment.
A spokesperson for the U.S. military’s Northern Command said active responsibility forces “may briefly apprehend an individual in particular circumstances.”
Any temporary incarceration ends when the person is properly transferred to the care of competent human law enforcement, according to a spokesperson for the outlet.

Only until local law enforcement may apprehend them are military officers permitted to prosecute people who pose a risk to national staff or home. The Posse Comitatus Act usually forbids the defense, including the National Guard, from participating in law enforcement obligations, so military officers are required to produce arrests.  ,
In response to demonstrations over immigration and customs enforcement’s executions, Trump earlier this year sent around 4,500 National Guard members and 700 Troops to the city. Most demonstrations were quiet, but some became chaotic over the weekend.  ,
Tuesday night, a one-mile-distance restriction was put in place in the opposition area. Since then, rallies have significantly decreased in size.
