Israel and Iran have targeted key defense infrastructures in a dramatic increase of hostilities, with the former immediately attacking Iran’s power facilities and its defense ministry hq and other sites related to the “nuclear weapons task.” According to Jewish officials, Iran has launched about 200 missiles and several explosive drones at Israel since Friday evening. Tehran launched rockets at key Jewish cities, including the country’s largest oil plant, Haifa, which is located there. At least seven Israeli civilians have been killed in the problems, and over 200 have been hurt, including seven men. The strikes, some of the most immediate and dangerous since days before, marked a risky new era for the conflict, with both countries now openly pursuing sensitive military and civilian assets.
