The following nations are considered to be subject to a full or partial restrictions if they do no address these issues: Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Benin, Bhutan, Burkinabe, Cameroon, Djibouti, Dominica, Ethiopia, Egypt, Gabon, The Gambia, Ghana, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Malawi, Mauritania, Nigeria, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Sao Tome and Principe, Sen
