Tehran on Monday reported that its politicians are preparing a costs that will prompt it to leave the atomic non-proliferation treaty as Israel continues to target Iranian nuclear websites. In accordance with a statement from Reuters, Esmaeil Baghaei, a spokesperson for Iran’s foreign ministry, stated that “in light of recent developments, we will get an appropriate decision.” Although the government is required to maintain congress bills, a plan like this is still being developed, and we will work with parliament on it in the future. In addition, he even reiterated Tehran’s official position against the development of nuclear weapons. Iran: Is it violating the NPT? As Israel and Iran continue to build tides of missiles at each other, there are rising tensions between them. Given that Israel claimed that Iran is in the process of developing a nuclear weapon, the timing of this speech is also important. Iran, however, asserted that its nuclear program is peaceful, refuting the claims. Masoud Pezeshkian, the leader of Iran, argued on Monday that nuclear weapons violate the country’s fundamental spiritual beliefs. However, the IAEA claimed last week that Iran had broken its Un responsibility. According to Bahaei, Tehran’s corporate reassessment was directly influenced by recent Israeli attacks and the IAEA quality. He said,” Those voting for the resolution laid the ground for the attack.” In exchange for access to civilian nuclear technology and oversight from the International Atomic Energy Agency ( IAEA ), signatories are prohibited from developing nuclear weapons under the 1970 Treaty. No decision on quitting the NPR has been made still, but the plan is still in the early stages of the legal process, according to a report from Reuters. Baghaei also criticized Israel’s possess nuclear policy, highlighting that the nation is not a member to the NPT and is frequently believed to have an undeclared nuclear arsenal. He claimed that the Zionist plan is the only country in the area that has ww2 and other mass destruction.
