After President Donald Trump left the 2025 yearly conference first to address the Middle East–Israeli conflict, the Group of Seven officials have condemned Iran in what has become a unique joint declaration.

Late on Monday, the G7 officials wrote,” We reiterate our commitment to peace and stability in the Middle East.” ” In this environment, we reaffirm that Israel has the right to protect itself. We once more pledge our support for Israel’s protection. We even stress the value of protecting people.

The officials specifically cite Iran as” the primary source of local instability and terror,” adding that they have made it” consistently evident that Iran can never have a nuclear tool.”

We demand that the quality of the Persian problems result in a more peaceful end to conflicts in the Middle East, including a peace in Gaza, according to their letter. We will continue to monitor the impact this has on global energy markets and are ready to work together, even with similar-minded partners, to preserve business balance.

The White House earlier on Monday confirmed rumors that Trump was considering abstaining from the G7 president’s speech regarding Iran and Israel.

A White House national told the Washington Examiner,” The United States is up to leading the effort to restore peace around the world, under President Trump’s strong management.” ” President Trump will continue to work to prevent Iran from obtaining radioactive weapons.”

Due to this week’s conference, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, the G7’s number, had predicted that there would be no leaders’ combined communiqué to wrap up the meeting because of significant disagreements between Trump and the rest of the party regarding issues ranging from the Russia-Ukraine warfare to tariffs. Instead, split statements will be released that highlight areas for arrangement, even though Trump is not anticipated to ratify the G7’s sanctions against Russia.

The late-night statement on Iran kicks off a serious day in Kananaskis, Canada, where the summit is scheduled to proceed on Tuesday without Trump.

Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, is not even supposed to make an appearance in Canada until Tuesday night. Trump’s first departure alters his plans to meet with Zelensky and Claudia Sheinbaum, as well as holding a press conference.

Karoline Leavitt, the press secretary for the White House, surprised reporters on Monday by revealing that Trump would be arriving in Washington shortly to “take care of many important issues.”

Following that, Leavitt issued a defining speech, citing the Middle East’s ongoing conflict and progress made by Trump during the first day of the two-day mountain.

President Trump “had a wonderful day at the G7,” she wrote, noting that he had signed a significant business agreement with the UK and Prime Minister Keir Starmer. President Trump did depart tomorrow after dinner with heads of state because of what is happening in the Middle East.

President Trump signed a significant business agreement with the United Kingdom and Premier Keir Starmer at the G7, which made for a fantastic day. Although much was accomplished, President Trump will be departing now after dining with heads of state due to what is happening in the Middle East.

Trump earlier in the day issued his own mysterious speech on social media advising the roughly 9.5 million Tehran residents of Iran to leave.

He wrote,” Iran may have accepted the “deal” I had them to warning.” What a pity and a waste of life, people. Simply put, Iran IS unable to include a nuclear weapon. I repeated it over and over again! Everyone ought to leave Tehran right away.

Trump also made a sharp critique of French President Emmanuel Macron in his return to his own money, where he has officially asked his National Security Council to be ready for him. Before the G7 summit, Macron had indirectly detested Trump by stopping in Greenland, which he has promised to conquer, and expressing his aid before heading onto Canada.

Trump wrote that “publicity seeking President Emmanuel Macron of France falsely said that I left the G7 summit in Canada to operate on a “ceasefire” between Israel and Iran. ” Wrong! He has no idea why I’m currently traveling to Washington, but it definitely doesn’t have anything to do with a ceasefire. substantially larger than that. Whether he intentionally goes wrong or no, Emmanuel often makes the wrong choice. Be Aware”!
