Does the extreme departed have any beliefs other than its own energy need? After watching the most recent book of the country’s continuous identity crisis, is it worthwhile to ask this? Are its positions previously rooted in real ideological conviction, or are they just pre-made arguments meant to appeal to a wide range of demographics and consolidate power?

Take the” No Kings” protests that took place over the weekend. It appeared to be a musical performance of left-wing animosity toward stooges. However, if you scratch the surface, you’ll find a lot of dishonesty. These activists are the same ones who spent decades applauding the most meddling in modern American story merely because it was coming from their side.
When they stood motionless or worse, applauded a movement that screamed about despotism while Joe Biden abused religious liberty, tried to imprison his political opposition, and took it seriously. When Biden used the Department of Justice as a social application, these people never objected. When he ignored the judges, imposed constitutional restrictions, or targeted pro-life campaigners, they didn’t opposition.
They want a monarch, in reality.
Dean Obeidallah made this observation in a CNN op-ed up in 2012. The article makes a shockingly sincere study about how the departed was unhappy with Obama’s president at the time:” The liberals speaking out don’t need a leader, they want a king.”
Obeidallah attempted to defend Obama’s weak presidency, but what he encountered was a rare admission of how the present left views power. When it hamstrings a Democrat, they don’t value the separation of powers or the legal limitations on professional power. As long as he shares their politics, they want someone who can act by decree.

Obeidallah made fun of progressives at the time for claiming that Obama failed to fulfill all of his promises with the “wave of a pen.” But ten years later, leftists expect senior principle, not just a fable about it. Under Biden, they obtained exactly what they desired: punitive demands, fervent rebellion of the judges, and a government that behaved like Congress didn’t exist. Ironically, when Trump invokes the exact legal authority that Biden relied on, it immediately turns out to be authoritarianism.
Let’s not forget the moments from 2020 and 2021. People were detained for going to the beach or religion. While pull shows received a complete, boys were masked and prevented from attending. In regards to student loans and evacuation bans, Binden defied court orders. The Justice Department alleged that kids at school panel discussions were threatened. And progressives praised it in all. The” No Kings” signs were gone when, exactly?
Obeidallah claimed that Obama had to deal with sacrifice and wasn’t a king, which isn’t totally accurate. He undoubtedly abused strength. Obama signed the executive order a fortnight after Obeidallah’s content, which he knew was illegal.  ,
Obama bypassed the Senate and formally declared it ratified by executive actions in 2015, which gave Iran a clear way to nuclear weapons. Iran is the world’s best state sponsor of terrorism. He did the same with the Paris Climate Agreement in 2016. Although both plainly met Article II, Section 2, the legal definition of a treaty was violated, Obama labeled them “executive actions” to prevent the Senate from rejecting them. He acted like a prince and disregarded the Constitution because he was aware of his lack of votes.

These activists don’t worry monarchs in reality. They simply fear that someone who doesn’t support their ideology will occupy the king. The issue is not that they detest totalitarianism; rather, they want to be the ones who carry it out.  ,
The issue isn’t really Obama, or Biden, or whichever Democrat the remaining rallies behind second to impose itself. The left itself is the root of the bigger issue, both now and then.
