
His legal group claimed in a new court filing that disgraced R&, B artist, R. Kelly, and other musicians were taken to a doctor last week after overdosing on drugs that were supposedly given to him by prison team.
The singer, who is currently serving a 30-year sentence for racketeering and sex trafficking, claims he overdosed after taking a medicine while being held in isolation.
The 58-year-old was placed in single confinement, according to a , June 17 , a court filing reviewed by USA Today on June 10th, after his attorneys filed an emergency action to have him placed on house arrest, alleging that three Bureau of Prisons , Bureau of Prisons, authorities were reportedly planning to have him killed.
