Later that evening, prison staff told him to get additional medication in addition to the anti-anxiety medications he often takes, according to the filing. He awoke three days later experience “faint” and “dizzy.”

” He began to notice dark spots in his perspective. Mr. Kelly attempted to climb upward, but he fell to the ground,” the attorneys wrote. He” cryed to the entrance of the body and went into unconsciousness.”

The three-time Grammy Award winner, Robert Sylvester Kelly, true name Robert Sylvester Kelly, was taken to Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina, where he was eventually violently discharged against health advice because he was scheduled to have surgery to treat an continuing blood clot issue, according to the filing.

According to the problem, “officers with guns entered his medical room” and reportedly forced him to spend two weeks in solitary confinement.
