
Former US president Donald Trump has been held in judicial hatred and threatened with jail time for any additional transgressions, according to New York County Judge Juan Merchan’s decision on Monday for a next time.
Merchan fined Trump$ 1, 000 for a second infraction.  , Merchan recently fined Trump for nine transgressions.  , Trump ‘s , 10th hatred offense occurred before the last purchase and not afterwards. After the first joke order was issued, Trump continued to push the restrictions.
” This jury will have to consider a prison sanction”, Merchan told the jury. ” At the end of the day, I have a job to do. The justice system’s integrity is a part of that work.
The infraction constitutes a “direct assault on the rule of law.” I don’t allow that to proceed”, he added, according to court writers.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg alleged Trump committed four violations, including remarks about Michael Cohen, David Pecker, the former editor of The National Enquirer. Prosecutors alleged speech directed toward witnesses was a violation of , Merchan ‘s , gag order.
” It’s a democratic hoax”, Trump told reporters before entering the court Monday. ” It’s election disturbance… This is a crazy situation. No fair. No honest, but we will battle”.
