Rep. Carol Miller ( R- WV ) has claimed in an advertisement that former state Rep. Derrick Evans, who hopes to major her, has a “zero” standing with the NRA, which is false.
Last year, Miller put out an invasion campaign against former state Rep. Evans. Among the many promises is one that” Derrick the Democrat” is “rated’ no’ by the N. R. A.'”
Jacob Rubashkin, a deputy director for Inside Elections, noted the extraordinary states in the campaign of attacking Evans as a Democrat.
” Evans did 3 months in prison after pleading guilty to storming the Capitol on 1/6 – obviously, Miller strikes him as a surprise Defund the Police, pro- transgender Democrat”, Rubashkin wrote.

Even a quick look may reveal that Evans has an” AQ” standing with the NRA, the highest ranking a member you get without a voting history.
Dennis Fusaro, an elective NRA part and lifelong NRA part, wrote in a written statement that” Derrick Evans has an A rating with the NRA.” NRA rates are based on the results of the study and the election history. Carol Miller’s claim that Derrick has a” zero “rating is patently false, because the NRA does n’t give” zero” as a rating. This is obviously a mix of her expert”.
Evans explained in a March interview with , Breitbart News Saturday , host Matthew Boyle that Miller is not even a” RINO”, she’s an “undocumented Democrat”.
Miller voted alongside 100 different House Republicans on the$ 1.2 trillion “minibus” spending bill just days after it was released. Additionally, the former Republican governor of West Virginia has rejected Donald Trump’s candidacy.
Evans said on Miller:
There was undoubtedly ample information available to decide whether or not to support this act. There was money for pregnancy, transgender surgery on adolescents, there was red flag gun laws and issues , coming after guns, we funded the Green New Deal, I mean we’re paying Egyptian school tuition,$ 850, 000 for a gay top place. It is amazing that we are actually having this conversation right now, and even more amazing that someone who is supposed to be representing one of the country’s redest districts would actually support this particular bill.
