A bill sponsored by House Republicans proposes sending people who have been found guilty of illegally attending anti-Israel school protests to Gaza for a minimum six-month community service phrase, claiming that “pro-Hamas” campus activists” may get a taste of their own medicine.”
The legislation, spearheaded by Tennessee Republican Rep. Andy Ogles and supported by Reps. Randy Weber ( R- TX ) and Jeff Duncan ( R- SC ) on Wednesday, is labeled the” Antisemitism Community Service Act”, and targets those involved in anti- Israel demonstrations, which have seen numerous arrests and instances of violence:
New: Bill Andy Ogles has been introduced that may give people who have been found guilty of unlawful action on university campuses to Gaza for at least six months.
According to the bill’s language, those detained on campuses after October 7 may be required to “provide community service in Gaza.” twitter.com/s9LRAUu9p I

The act states that “any people convicted of unlawful action on the school of an organization of higher education may be assigned to Gaza for the purpose of providing community service …for a period not less than six months.”
” If you support a criminal organization, and you participate in unconstitutional action on schools, you should get a style of your own treatments”, Rep. Weber told Fox News Digital. ” I am going to imagine that these pro- Hamas supporters would n’t last a day, but this give them the opportunity”.
Pro- Arab protests and camps, which have often seen acts of violence and racism, started at Columbia University in April and have spread to several other colleges in recent days, including Yale, MIT, Princeton, Harvard, UCLA, and George Washington University.  ,
Despite punishments and arrests, fresh camps continue to emerge:

The protesters have a number of needs, including a request to forbid academic ties with Jewish universities, lose academic ties with Jewish universities, and grant asylum to students who were arrested for participating in the protests.
Additionally, restitution and the defunding of campus police are required.
The bill makes no explicit notice of Israel or the protesters ‘ connections, but instead attributes the schedule to events post-October 7, 2023, when the Hamas terrorist organization carried out the most deadly attack on Jews since the Nazi Holocaust. The murder saw the abuse, rape, implementation, immolation, and suicide of hundreds of Jewish civilians, as well as common Palestinian support for it.
While hundreds of missiles were poured along on Israeli human facilities, the Iranian proxy Islamist terrorist organization targeted visitors at a music festival and those in southern Israeli cities.
The brutal attack resulted in terrorists killing approximately 1, 200 people, with about 240 , hostages taken — more than half of whom still remain in Gaza. Difficulty among the victims, who range from civilians to Americans, is a major factor:

In light of the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas, the proposed punishment would involve community service in Gaza, aiming to quell the unrest and disturbances on U.S. college campuses, where more than 2,100 have already been detained despite some officials ‘ refusal to permit police presence there.
In a post declaring,” Enough is enough!!”! Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and X/Twitter owner, suggested last week that anyone who “tears down the American flag and places another flag in its place, they should receive a free ( but required ) one-way trip to that flag’s country.

The House’s slim Republican majority and anticipated opposition in the Democratic-controlled Senate have drawn criticism from critics, who have raised the bill’s unfeasibility and ethical implications.
The proposal coincides with a different bill that would revoke visas for foreign students who engage in protests:

” If you hate America so much, you should get the first ticket back to your country and attend college there”, insisted Rep. Weber. The unruly anti-Semite students who spread hate and other forms of discontent on college campuses will not tolerate it in the United States.
