After Democrats saved his task, Mike Johnson must have felt so good when he began his everyday routine on Thursday by refreshing the New York Times ‘ home page and seeing his face at the top with an article proclaiming him the” Speaker of the Whole House.”
If this is n’t what he lives for, I’m not sure what is. It is undoubtedly no doing anything that would be least advantageous for Republican voters.
Since becoming speaker six months ago, Johnson has only been able to win victories in the form of casting ballots to support Joe Biden’s back-breaking agenda, putting$ 60 billion more into a corrupt slush fund ( sometimes referred to as “Ukraine” ), and putting any pressure on Republicans to address the country’s most pressing issue, the bleeding Southern border. Oh, plus he re- authorized illegal snooping on Americans.
To be fair, he ca n’t say he got nothing out of it. For fulfilling their full list, Democrats and the press did examine Johnson to Churchill. He also declared himself a “wartime speech”.
Those awards proved to be brief- lived. Johnson emailed his other favorite publication, Politico, to claim that this was n’t what he had hoped the president would do after Biden made the announcement this week that he would stop further offensive military installations if Israel advances ground troops in Rafah.
” I went right to the White House and I said … ‘ Somebody’s going to have to explain this to me, because it’s very different than what I was told,'” said Johnson. ” And they said,’ Oh, this has nothing to do with the optional item that you all passed.’ … But this statement by the chairman now, I just want to — I hope, I believe he’s off- text. I do n’t think that’s something that staff told him to say”.
In other words, he went straight to the White House to give them a piece of his mind and, to that, some Biden official stifled a laugh and said, Yeah, yeah, do n’t worry McChurchill, it’ll all work out in the end.
Mike Johnson, you were duped because you’re a stupid. Liberals find it hard to believe how easy it is for them to get their work. You just get so far with all that meditation. At some point, you have to really do something, anything, that advances your personal agenda.
Obviously, that’s very tricky when you rarely hold a majority, but opposed to what you might believe, the answer to that problem is n’t,” Well, this at least do everything the president and his party want”! Johnson says he feels betrayed, like he did n’t get what was promised. Think that.
