When dividing congressional districts into states, home Democrats voted unanimously to remain including illegal aliens and foreign nationals.
Late on Wednesday, the House voted along party lines,  , 206- 202, for Rep. Chuck Edwards ‘ ( R- NC ) Equal Representation Act, with all Republicans supporting the bill and all Democrats opposing:

According to the Equal Representation Act, the decennial census must be conducted in 2030 and include a question asking whether a person possesses a natural passport, a visa, or an illegal alien.
Following the population, the Department of Commerce may be required to disclose the number of American people and foreigners living in the country.
Similar to the proposed legislation, the act would require that parliamentary distribution, which determines how many House seats each state receives, only considers the number of Americans living there and does not consider whether there are any illegal aliens or foreign nationals.

In contrast to states with large foreign populations, Edwards ‘ ultimate goal with the bill is to prevent states with tiny overseas populations from being underrepresented in Congress.
On the House floor, Edwards said,” It is crucial to pass this legislation into law to ensure that the American people receive fair representation in Congress and that only they decide the results of presidential votes.”
The National people’s confidence is now shattered by our corrupt immigration system in numerous ways. In the upcoming decade, [emphasis added ] without changes to the way our Census is conducted, confidence in the validity of our electoral system [emphasis added ].
The act is in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States, according to President Joe Biden, who has made it clear that he opposes it.

On Biden’s view, the world’s overseas- born community has been driven to a whopping , 51.4 million  , — the largest ever recorded in British history. In his first three decades as leader, Biden grew the international- born populace by 6.4 million.
