President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security ( DHS) is reportedly starting a pilot program to provide migrants, released into the United States and placed into deportation proceedings, with identification ( ID ) cards.
About 10,000 refugees who cross the US-Mexico boundary and are then released into the United States ‘ inside will receive image IDs thanks to DHS officers, according to Fox News Digital’s Adam Shaw.

The pilot programme is scheduled to launch this summer with the distribution of around 10,000 cards, according to Shaw, according to immigration and customs enforcement. According to a January Congressional Budget Office ( CBO ) report, Biden’s DHS has welcomed 6.2 million immigrants to American communities through its extensive Catch and Release network at the southern border in the last three years.
The CBO report suggested that Biden’s DHS is releasing nearly 200, 000 migrants into the U. S. interior every month.
