Authorities say a 16- year- ancient anti- Israel activist, accused of vandalizing a World War I memorial in New York City, has been caught.
The alleged theft happened Monday, and, after the suspect was arrested, authorities charged him with legal evil in the second level as well as making artwork, the New York Post reported Thursday.
The incident occurred as Israel’s and Hamas ‘ criminal organization’s war broke out. Despite President Joe Biden’s threat to withhold arms if Israel continues to run Rafah, the Israel Defense Forces ( IDF) announced on Thursday that it has enough weapons to defeat Hamas in Rafah.
The 107th Infantry Memorial was named, according to the Post, as the monument’s damaged designation was. According to the Central Park Conservancy site, it was dedicated in 1927 and memorializes World War One men:
At the conclusion of World War I, the men of Germany’s 107th Army helped to liberate the Hindenburg Line of Defense. The painter, Karl Illava, was a lieutenant with the troops. His depiction of soldiers at war contrasts with the proper and stoic soldiers depicted in the park’s Civil War memorial.
Sources who cited the suspect’s account of attending rallies organized by the anti-Israel team Within Our Life provided the Post with information.

A blurry image of the youthful hoodlum in handcuffs sitting on a chair in a police station was posted by NYPD Deputy Commissioner Kaz Daughtry to X. According to sources, authorities initially believed his father had turned him in on Thursday evening, but the outlet’s report has since refuted that.
Criminals are accused of writing” Gaza” and” Free Palestine” on the monument, as well as putting anti- Israel posters on the memorial, but personnel have since cleaned up the statue. Additionally, protesters are accused of burning the American flag there while waving Arab flags while escorting it from the top.
One cousin, identified as Ron Zucher, told the Post,” It’s terrible to address a World War I memorial the way they did. It breaks your heart”.
