    ‘Don’t Jump!’: Joe Biden Uses Favorite Wisecrack at Least 20 Times as President

    ” Do n’t jump”, President Joe Biden shouted this week for at least the 20th time as president, raising concerns on the campaign trail about his mental acuity.
