Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC ) claimed on NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday that Israel needed to do whatever it took to survive given the abundance of bad military officials.
I guess the question is, why does Israel need the most substantial weapons to start this conflict that could possibly level up an entire stop? Why ca n’t it be more precise?”
Graham said”, Why did we drop two bombs, nuclear bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, to end a war that we could n’t afford to lose? You do n’t understand, apparently, what Israel is facing.”
He continued,” We decided to end the battle by bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki with nuclear weapons when we were faced with death as a nation after Pearl Harbor, fighting the Germans and the Chinese. That was the correct choice. To put an end to the conflict Israel cannot afford to lose, Israel needs to collaborate with them to reduce casualties.
Welker remarked,” Military officers would refute military officials ‘ claims that Israel and other developed nations can be more accurate because there has been so much systems since those bombs were dropped. Because President Biden is not the first president to try to control Israel’s plan with arms shipments, let me question. As you know, original President Ronald Reagan, on many occasions, withheld arms from Israel. Did President Reagan demonstrate that using American military assistance as a liquidity can really help control and influence Israel’s plan?
Graham said”, May I suggest this? Why ca n’t America stop their existential threat war by dropping two nuclear weapons on Hiroshima and Nagasaki? Why did we have to do that, exactly? I believed everything to be okay. But, Israel, do whatever you have to do to succeed as a Jewish position, whatever you have to do.”
Welker said”, Defense officers, the technology has changed.”
Graham said”, These defense leaders that you’re talking about are full of nonsense.”
