An illegal alien who was a murderer from Colombia was released into the United States by President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security ( DHS).
The 49- yr- old improper alien, whom Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( Snow ) did not identify, was arrested in , Bucaramanga, Colombia, on April 5, 2014, and charged with aggravated crime, aggravated robbery, and possession of a tool.
The improper alien received a 17-year jail sentence and a conviction in September 2016.
After the unlawful alien crossed the border near San Luis, Arizona, on November 27, 2023, American Border Patrol agents apprehended him. He was released into the U.S. interior after receiving a Notice to Appear (NTA ) from a federal immigration judge.
The improper humanoid made his way to Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
After learning that the outlawed alien was a convicted murderer and criminal in his native Colombia, ICE agents made an arrest on May 6 at his Pittsfield home. He will be in the United States ‘ immigration system pending his imprisonment.
Hundreds of thousands of migrants from the U.S. Mexico border are entering National areas every couple weeks, according to projections provided to Congress. According to domestic DHS information, about 85 % of migrants crossing the border are being released into the interior of the country.
