Due to this statement, the school had issued a statement urging faculty and students to” house in spot.”
Anyone who is now in buildings in the area of the opposition is advised to leave the area immediately and exit the building. Please disobey past sheltering orders. If you can, kindly leave right away and then, keep avoiding the opposition neighborhood until further notice.

According to ABC7 News, the school claimed that in an effort to create a barrier around 2:30 p.m., hundreds of activists gathered inside the” Physical Sciences Lecture Hall,” blocking the entrance, and putting tents on top of each another.
Activists could be heard singing,” Free, completely Palestine” and” The learners united will never be defeated”, according to film footage posted to X.

Approximately 100 police officials and sheriff’s deputies reportedly intervened in response to the incident at the University of California Irvine school and advised activists to depart before making arrests.
Farrah Khan, the mayor of Irvine, said in a statement on X that it was” sorry that quiet free speech protests are usually followed with crime.”
” Taking room on campus or in a building is certainly a risk to anyone”, Khan wrote. The UCI management must take every precaution possible to prevent this from becoming aggressive. These are your kids w/ zero arms”.
The University of California Irvine was in contact with Breitbart News for a speech, but it had not yet received a reply.
