Many sources claim that a staffer for LA’s Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, resigned after receiving complaints about his behavior.
Anang Mittal, who had previously led Johnson’s modern strategy division, resigned after being subject to complaints about his work-related performance and inappropriate behavior on Thursday, according to sources who spoke to Notus.
Mittal thanked the outlet for accepting his resignation and stated that it had been a “pleasure and honor” to operate it.
” I’m just picking up the pieces and moving on”, Mittal said in a statement. ” Do n’t really have a lot to offer or any criticism. Working there was a delight and an respect.
Johnson’s office responded when the channel inquired about the complaints made against Mittal by saying they “do never comment on employees matters.”
Mittal’s withdrawal apparently comes a month after Johnson’s company parted ways with a graphic artist, some resources confirmed to Kadia Goba, a political reporter for Semafor.
Prior to working for Johnson’s office, Mittal had worked as the creative director for Sen. Mitch McConnell ( R- KY ) while he was the majority leader and as the creative director for the Senate Republican Conference under Sen. John Thune’s ( R- SD ) leadership, according to his LinkedIn page.
Anang Mittal and Breitbart News reached out for a speech, but it was unable to provide a response by the time of release.
Raj Shah, a Johnson official, has not yet responded to a request for comment.
