CNN commentator Van Jones , said Friday on” The Situation Room” that , Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene ( R- GA ) is a disgraceful” clown” while discussing several verbal , scuffles at Thursday’s House Oversight Committee hearing.
Following a very, very uncomfortable hearing last evening that devolved into pretty personal problems, Democrat Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett is calling Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene discriminatory.
After playing a picture from the council, Blitzer asked,” Van what do you create of that”?
Jones said,” I believe some of these people in Congress have slowed down the standard of conduct.” They go there because they want to be artists. I’m referring to Marjorie Taylor Greene and people. Why are we yet aware of her name? There has never been legislation passed by Marjorie Taylor Greene. She’s always chaired a commission. She has not done anything other than to be a villain and provocative and engage in public behavior.
He added,” But whether she’s racist or not, she is a disgrace to the American people. She’s a humiliation to that Congress. Additionally, she ought to go one bill. Complete your work Marjorie. Every time we talk about her she’s doing some cartoonish drivel and it’s ridiculous”.
