Three adjacent lots, 1019, 1049, and 1079, located in McLean were purchased by the UAE government in 2022, according to a report from the Washington Business Journal ( WBJ). Now, there are no houses on the area besides an outbuilding.
The qualities were bought from a faith linked to Richard L. Adams Jr., the leader of UUNet Technologies, a business internet service provider.
A second political house was approved by the Fairfax County Department of Planning and Zoning at the start of May, allowing federal authorities from the UAE to “host a considerable number of family members and friends” on each lot of land.
