Some Democrats and their friends in the mainstream media appear concerned that polling patterns indicate that President Joe Biden is losing support from important populations only six months before the election.
Many recent polls indicate that Biden has lost support among the demographics crucial to his victory in 2020:
- NPR/PBS News Hour/Marist: A majority of independent voters believe Biden is a greater threat to democracy than Trump.
- ABC News/Ipsos: Trump , is , in a useless warmth with Biden among affluent people.
- USA Today/Suffolk University: Among Hispanics, Trump leads Biden by five points ( 39- 34 percent ).
- Wall Street Journal: 30 percent of black people and 11 percent of black people intend to vote for Trump.
- New York Times:  , Trump and Biden are basically tied among 18- to- 29- season- adults.

Polling “is rightly , causing panic , among Democrats” , , Alex Shephard of The New Republic reported. ” Voters know Joe Biden, and they’ve decided that they do n’t believe he’s capable of serving as president for a second term,” said one voter.
