A female Kennesaw State University ( KSU) student was shot and fatally wounded on Saturday evening shortly after 4 p.m. and a suspect was detained.
WSBTV reported , that a school large update went out at 4: 07 warning students, faculty, and personnel at the Kennesaw, Georgia, school that there was an intruder on campus and everyone needed to take sanctuary. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the scholar was” shot near the South Campus cover area.”

At 4: 43 p. m.  , KSU Emergency Management announced it was safe to move around the school.
The identity of the dying female student was no disclosed, and there were no other potential reasons for the event, according to FOX 9 noted.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is looking into the killing.
