On Monday evening, Democratic District Attorney Alvin Bragg and his team of lawyers resumed their circumstance against former president Donald Trump, indicating that the trial’s six-week hearing is quickly approaching.

Cohen admitted to paying Trump$ 100, 000 to cover the cost of the$ 20,000 owed and pocketing the rest for the tech company he paid to raise Trump’s poll rating.
Cohen said he stole the money because it was  , “very upsetting” that his annual bonus had been cut after he had used$ 130, 000 of his own money to pay adult film star Stormy Daniels.
” I was upset because of the decrease in the reward, and, therefore, I felt it was almost like personal- help”, Cohen said.
Cohen also received advice from Blanche about an hour phone he claimed to have had with Trump on October 26, 2017, in which case he claimed that Trump had approved Daniels ‘ transaction. According to Blenche, cellphone data cast doubt on Cohen’s ability to have spoken to Trump at any point that evening.
