According to AL.com, firefighters moved the child to Madison Hospital for further examination after evaluating the infant at the station, citing an news from the City of Madison. According to the report, City authorities did not release the child’s gender or the child’s gender “in order to preserve the infant and the mother’s anonymity.”  ,
