An improper alien has been accused of causing a crash that left 45- yr- old , Jon Douglas Ratcliffe, a resigned United States Marine and a papa, useless.
Giovanni Mendoza- Jimenez, a 20- yr- ancient illegal alien from Mexico, has been arrested in Lexington, South Carolina, and charged with driving without a permit, speeding violations, and failing to stop while approaching a school bus.
According to the Lexington Police Department, first on May 20, Mendoza- Jimenez was speeding while driving a vehicle when he hit , Ratcliffe, who was driving his bike, and pushed him into the back of the school vehicle.
As a result,  , Ratcliffe was pinned between , Mendoza- Jimenez’s de and the university van, which killed him at the field. On the vehicle, there were seven kids and a pilot. One of the individuals was taken to a local hospital where he was left with a slice on the shoulder. The vehicle was treated for minor wounds and taken to the hospital.
The fatal accident is still being investigated.

Ratcliffe’s memorial says that he was actually from , Roanoke, Virginia, and served in the U. S. Marines, “which , filled him with vast pride”.
” He was an excellent man, a committed son, a loving Father and Fiancé, a caring nephew, and remarkable friend to numerous. While work was crucial to him, and making sure he provided for his home, he actually had a passion for hunting, journey, and bike riding”, Ratcliffe’s obituary states. ” Jonny may be gone, but he changed the lives of many people. We all will be inspired by his generosity and warmth.
Ratcliffe leaves behind his son, Khristian, his fiancé, Kristine, and stepchildren Ayden and Victoria, among other friends and family.
Mendoza- Jimenez claimed to be an electrician and has spent six years living in the country without permission, three of which have been in South Carolina. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) has placed a detainer on him and requested custody if he is ever released from jail.
He is scheduled to appear in court on June 5 and is still being held in the Lexington County Detention Center on a$ 1, 527 bond.
