An illegal alien has been caught in , Alleghany County, Virginia, after reportedly abducting an young lady from Louisiana, police revealed.
Diego Soch Castro was detained and charged with abducting a lady from Louisiana, taking her to Virginia, and allegedly assaulting her for it.
According to the , Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office, the woman called the police around 4: 00 a. m. and asked for help at a Love’s Travel Stop petrol station.
When coroner’s deputies arrived on the scene, they found the girl, as well as Castro, inside a four- door hatchback with Arkansas plates and register.
While investigating, representatives discovered that the child had been reported assaulted in Louisiana and was being held against her will, reportedly in Castro’s car.
Castro was arrested at the image, and the girl was taken to a local hospital. Child Protective Services finally handed her over. A detainer for Immigrations and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) detainer was placed on Casastro after he was booked in the Alleghany County Regional Jail.
