A man is accused of randomly killing Catholic churchgoers with a sturdy dagger on Sunday in Salt Lake City, Utah, Fox13 reported.
According to police, Chandler Grillone, 31, allegedly attacked many people outside the Cathedral of the Madeleine during large while carrying a wooden sword, “without incitement or any indication of reason.”
Grillone allegedy hit two people with a dagger and punched a second man, breaking their cups, authorities said.
When police arrested Grillone, he reportedly resisted, and soldiers had to restrict him using a” WRAP” system, a kind of full- body caution designed to minimize damage to both the arrestee and officers.
Grillone is facing charges for aggravated assault, according to the document. He was being held without bail in prison as of Sunday.
