Nearly 40 % of untraceable “ghost guns” in New York City were uncovered in a podcast interview on Thursday, according to Queens County district attorney Melinda Katz ( D).
According to Katz,” Thirty-nine percent of the “ghost weapons” that were recovered in the city of New York are from Queens,” according to Marc Beckman, the number of the season” Anonymous Spirit Guns.”

She added,” We have made it our objective, and my focus, to get the weapons off the road, and that includes’ devil guns.'”
One of the reported risks of “ghost cannons” is that their barrels may be changed “very quickly,” Katz warned. She did not mention that aftermarket containers for Glock, Sig Sauer, Smith &, Wesson, Heckler &, Koch, and others have been applicable for years and are easy to switch for stock containers. Actually, Second Amendment business includes aftermarket barrels.
After giving Katz’s “ghost guns” a warning about being able to change the barrels, Katz said that some of the polymer “ghost guns” are so well made that “very frequently, you ca n’t tell the difference between the polymer guns and the iron guns.” You take a look and you try to tell the difference, but you really ca n’t”.
After in the meeting, Katz claimed that individuals with “ghost weapons” and 3- D printed guns” can get through a magnet” as long as their guns are never loaded with “iron bullets”.
She finally pushed for more weapon power, both in the U. S. and abroad.
